How can I return or exchange my items?

You have 30 days from the estimated or actual delivery date of your order (whichever is later) to return items by mail for a full refund to your original payment method, or to request an exchange.

Returns and exchanges are easy — just follow the steps below.

Start Your Return or Exchange Online

  1. Start your return or exchange by clicking Start My Return on our website.
  2. Choose to use our prepaid return label so we can track your package together.

A return service fee of $7 CAD will be deducted from your refund when using our label.

Exchanges are free — no return fee is charged.

  1. Drop off your package at any carrier location shown during the return process.

Please allow approximately three weeks for your return to be delivered, processed, and for your refund to be issued or your exchange to be shipped.


Return Policy (Online Orders Only)

• You have 30 days from the estimated or actual delivery date to return items by mail for a full refund to your original payment method or for a merchandise credit.

• Items must be returned in their original condition.

• We cannot accept returns without your order confirmation or invoice.

Exchange Policy (Online Orders Only)

We offer free exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date.

• You may exchange an item for a different size, color, or length (if applicable) of the same product.

• If your desired size or color is out of stock, you may return the item for a refund.

• We cannot process exchanges without your order confirmation or invoice.


Holiday Return Policy

Items purchased between November 1 and December 31 may be returned through January 31 of the following year when accompanied by your order confirmation or invoice.

Return Exclusions / Exceptions

• Some items may include a special tag that must remain attached to be eligible for return or exchange.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

• For personal care items (such as perfumes or candles):

– Returns must be mailed using the “Ship it Myself” option.

– Use your own carrier, as prepaid return labels are not available for these items.

Can I return items from multiple orders in one package?

Yes — you can return items from multiple orders in one package.

• You will be charged the $7 CAD return service fee only once when using our prepaid label.

• Only create a Digital Return for one of the orders.

• Include the invoice for every order inside the package.

Failure to include invoices may result in the items being sent back to you.

When will my exchange be shipped?

Please allow about three weeks for:

  1. Your return to reach our Distribution Center
  2. Processing of the return
  3. Shipment of your exchange item(s)

If an exchange item becomes unavailable, you will receive a full refund as long as your return was delivered and processed within the 30-day return window.

When will I receive my refund?

• Once processed, refunds typically appear in your account within 3–5 business days, depending on your payment method.

• Please allow approximately three weeks from dropping off your return for delivery, processing, and refund initiation.

My tracking shows Delivered, but I haven’t received a refund.

Return packages may show “Delivered” once they reach a carrier consolidation hub, even before they arrive at our Distribution Center.

• A Delivered scan does not mean the refund has been processed yet.

• Please allow the full three-week return and processing window.
