To be eligible for a refund due to damage or defect:
- The item must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued for the full purchase amount once the return is approved. The review process begins upon receipt of the completed Refund Request and may take several business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
